Three straightforward PC-based, food hygiene courses, containing pictures, diagrams, and interactive examples, together with multiple choice tests at the end of each section. These courses are suitable for study leading to the RIPH Level 2 Awards in Food Safety - courses that fully meet Food Hygiene Regulations for food handler training throughout the UK.

Food Safety Management (Level 3)

Meet All Your HACCP Training Requirements

A straightforward, interactive pc-based, course with exercises and tests throughout. The course guides you through the development and day to day operation of a food safety management system for catering and retail businesses, based on HACCP principles.

Separate study paths for England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland mean that no matter where in the UK you operate, the course will tell you all you need to know.


To book and pay for a Food Hygiene course click the 'Add to basket' button below. The price of each course is £30.00 (including VAT and certificate). During the CHECKOUT process you will be asked to choose which of the four courses you require (Catering or Retailing or Manufacturing or Management) and to provide the date when you wish to attend (which must be at least two working days in advance of today's date) - you can choose any weekday (Mon thru Fri excluding bank holidays).
